Live session starts at 3 pm on Mondays.
Yoga starts at 3:15 pm, allowing for 15min of socialization prior to and after class.
Recorded sessions will be available after live sessions.
Listen to your body and only do exercises within your fitness and ability level. Stop an exercise if it causes pain and seek medical attention if pain persists. There are risks to any movement program. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure if you are safe to participate. Also let the class leader know if you injure yourself during the session.
