Stephanie Marrocco
BIO
Stephanie is a research coordinator at Parkwood Institute Research, as well as a PhD student in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western University.  Stephanie’s research is in the area of activity and mobility, specifically how activity-based therapies and exercise can improve mobility, reduce secondary complication, and improve overall quality of life for people living with mobility impairments due to neurological injuries.

She had completed a Master’s of Science in 2015, which focused on characterizing the biomechanics of gait for individuals post-stroke. Being a true northerner, Stephanie loves playing and watching hockey, as well as hiking and camping in the great outdoors!
