Saagar Walia
BIO
Saagar is the Coordinator for the acquired brain injury (ABI) and spinal cord injury (SCI) services in the Rehabilitation Program at Parkwood Institute. Â He obtained a Masters of Science in Health Promotion from the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western University. Saagar is a strong advocate of research and clinical integration with the ultimate goal of using knowledge mobilization and best practice implementation frameworks to enhance clinical care and patient outcomes.

In previous years, Saagar managed projects related to best practice implementation in SCI rehabilitation and a planning process for developing recommendations for a national SCI research and implementation network. His personal interests include keeping active (rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, and badminton) and traveling the world.
