A co-design process to develop personalized mobility programming for individuals with mobility impairments

Article | Frontiers in Rehabilitation Sciences

Abstract

Individuals with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis) may face difficulties with their mobility. Recognizing key personalization or tailoring variables can assist in customizing interventions. Co-design methods might offer a transparent approach to developing interventions that address the needs of individuals with mobility impairments. This article aims to outline a co-design process to aid in creating personalized mobility programs for those with mobility challenges.
